A little bit on how Doyle operates
How long does a project take?
That all depends on the scope of work for any project. We will give you a tentative deadline once we know the scope of the project.
Do you leave the jobsite clean and tidy?
Absolutely! We are very conscientious about all of our customers property. We clean up everyday down to mopping the floor. An organized jobsite is not only for the customer, but also for us.
How do you bid your work?
Sometimes we provide a detailed itemized bid and other times we will submit it as T&M, time and material.
What is your preferred method of communication and will I have a single point of contact?
We prefer phone mostly, texting if it’s something short and sweet but it usually isn’t. You will always talk to the same person about your project.
Do you often have delays on a project?
Not often but it does happen from time to time. Delays are caused by material backorders, and sometimes you run into situations that cannot be foreseen until opening up a wall or floor. We do take every step to keep the project moving forward.
How will you protect the work area and the rest of my home from dust and debris?
We use the zip wall system for temporary containment of dust. It’s a slick system that uses spring loaded poles as the framework that holds up the plastic to create a barrier.
What is your work routine like?
Remodeling means having us and possible subs in and out of your home. We are diligent about communicating our arrival and departure times. Doyle tradesmen will always be there when a sub is there if applicable.
