Front deck project. We buried some 4×4’s, framed up the deck, added Feeney Architectural stainless steel cable system and then decked it with Cumaru wood. Cumaru is a Brazilian hardwood that stands up to the elements. It is super dense and difficult to work with, (or at least the drill bits tell us that.) We then bunged the screw holes for some accent.
